About Me & This Blog
I’m a nationally-published author, professional speaker and freelance journalist. The focus on relationships with God, oneself or others is a prevalent theme in my work, whether I’m creating fictional characters, penning a parenting column or writing freelance articles. I primarily focus on women’s issues in my work, with an emphasis on social issues, leadership and faith.
My blog is called A Life in Symphony because it offers information, inspiration and examples from my fiction and nonfiction work of how readers can have better relationships in every area of life – with God, themselves and others.
My writing isn’t preachy and (I hope) neither am I! I create fictional women and men who are honest about their faith and their fears, without forcing either on others. In my columns and other nonfiction work, I aim to do the same.
Like you, I don’t know it all and I don’t always get it right. As I share tips to help you be better and do better, I’ll be taking note, too.
I hope that by whatever path you and I have connected, you’ll be motivated to trust that God is near in this particular season of your journey, ready and willing to make the music of your life – every element that creates your unique symphony – beautiful and meaningful.
Warmest Regards,
Stacy
