Almost everyone I’ve talked to in recent weeks has admitted not feeling festive this year. With widespread layoffs, a tanking economy and individual circumstances of loss and crises, few people are joyous and upbeat.
Yet, I remain thankful that despite all that’s going on, Jesus was born. Because of His birth and the salvation that it yielded, we can face tomorrow. (more…)
